Nicole Kessell is a Fortune 100 executive with 25 years experience in business operations & administration, transformation, program and change management, enterprise risk management, communications and finance.

Nicole has spent the last 10 years leading and implementing large-scale organizational change and transformation programs and initiatives at Financial Services, Asset Management and Real Estate organizations. Nicole's 10+ years' experience in consulting and advisory methodologies was developed through partnering with top-tier consulting practices; McKinsey, PwC and Deloitte.

Nicole spent 20+ years at Morgan Stanley, leading business operations for the Real Estate and Investment Management business. In this capacity she instituted and optimized business practices spanning risk management, internal and regulatory compliance, business continuity management, policy and standard operating procedures, internal audit, vendor management, investor relations and due diligence.

During her 20+ year tenure at Morgan Stanley (and predeccessor companies), Nicole held other positions including; Chief Operating Officer for the US Real Estate Investing business, Chief Administrative Officer for a $2B global real estate fund, Deputy CFO for the EMEA Real Estate Investing business and other finance and controller positions.

Nicole grew up in Australia and has broad international experience spanning the U.S., APAC and EMEA.

Nicole attained a CPA designation and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Technology, Sydney.
